They’re far too smug to not be evil.
And still is, Lightning Rod who? Is he even real?
A lot of comic characters usually suffer the problem of being underdeveloped.
Besides, are there any other villains who does “necessary evil” and not because they’re evil?
They’re not bad, just underdeveloped. I’m sure this arc was just rushed to completion because the powers that be wanted to put all their eggs in the G5 basket. I have that much confidence in Jeremy Whitley; he’s given us some of the best stories told in this franchise.
Cozy Glow is the worst villain.
