I’ve heard people suspect that it’s because MYM Chapter 4 isn’t coming out in a bit, and Tell Your Tale might have some episodes further down the line that spoil elements of it. Sounds pretty plausible to me.
Writing and animation are done by different people Also that’s about 4 hours 20 minutes of content
Best guess is it makes it easier for the animators. Releasing 52 episodes a year isn’t easy. Having fewer episodes may improve the story quality of each episode.
Well, yes, that’s what ‘biweekly’ means, my friend. For the foreseeable future, all episodes will be released on a biweekly schedule.
