I was kind of stuck on him for a bit, I was really unsure what to do with his mane.

Y’see, Pear butter, and Applebloom are the only two ponies in this core family who have unique manes.
I mean you have BRIGHT mac and BIG mac?? Idk I just wanted to change him up a bit.

Kinda inspired by his mane in the last episode of MLP! (Also a certain Video game cowboy-)
In my HC he’s MUCH shyer than in canon. He was closeted for so long as well, which didn’t help.
He never got to come out to his parents, as they passed away when he was a preteen. Though, Granny had a hunch.
Of course, she supported him! It’s not like everyone in the apple family was accepting or LGBT themselves, but her own DAUGHTER was in the LGBT community.

Oh, and I didn’t mention it in the original mane six redesign post but I 100% hc that Fluttershy is transgender too, so T4T support!! They both got really close from this.
