Here’s the bigoted Chancellor Neighsay as one of Disney’s most underrated and darkest villains ever created, Judge Frollo from The Hunchback Of Notre Dame.
Now this was pretty difficult to draw in another computer where the mouse felt faster. I know this isn’t pony based but it is Neighsay I assure you, plus people kept comparing his racist tendencies to Frollo so I figured “eh why not just draw one of my favorite villains of all time as a pony character?”
But despite all that I’m proud of how this turned out in the end, hope you all enjoy
