Yeah, but Zipp already have the visor in the special, and Zipp also has done some light detective work in Foal Me Once.
I don’t think so; the episode directly references that Zipp became a detective, with Izzy making her a ‘cool detective gadget’. It couldn’t have happened before the special (which is where we see that Hitch replaced it–you don’t see the scary unicorn and pegasus in the mugshot background when Posey comes to his office).
Maybe the episode takes place before Hitch replaced it. We do know TYT doesn’t always post their episodes in chronological or
