“Fav #07 - Cutely Shy Background Ponies”
Marble Pie, Coco Pommel, Vapor Trail, and Angel Wings. I love them all equally for the same reason. Not much in development compared to mainstream characters (or even bigger name background characters given more personality by the fandom), but I couldn’t leave them off the list, nor could I make myself shove off 3 characters to include them. So they’re all tied in 7th place.

I think “secondary characters” is more fitting for these four that “background characters,” except for maybe Angel Wings (I don’t think I saw the ep she was in yet, so I wouldn’t know).
