So, I’ve been thinkin’
The previous pic I made broke me. Took close to 15 hours of work. This is a problem I had with drawing ever since I picked it up again. First of all, this insane time commitment is just not sustainable for me. And honestly, it ain’t that much of fun either to tinker with linework for hours on end, I never really got anythin’ that I would be too happy with either.
So!
I did some self-reflecting! And this all might be caused by the good ‘ol tryin’ to run before you know how to walk. I was attempting to make artworks that I frankly don’t have the skill to pull out, hence why it took me so long. Now I wanna take a few steps back when it comes to artwork so I can find my footing and start working forward from what I’m comfortable with.

I’ve changed the art style around to be this half-sketch and more stylized thing… It’s simpler, it was way more fun to draw and I did it in half of the time too!
I wanna keep this style up for a while, see where it gets me… 💙
