Thank you for all of your concern. I’m physically okay, I’m not in Europe. In fact I’m doing pretty good generally. I’m just very sad to see a lot of ppl getting hurt and it’s so overwhelming it affects my mental health and eventually my daily routines. I just want everything to get better for everyone but it takes time.

If you’re in Europe, check around you if there are any donation drives for refugees. It might not seem like much, but a couple cans of food, some chocolate bars, or just toys for displaced kids can make a huge different for someone.
