What are you talking about?! She was trying to help! And if she had trusted her friends like she was suppose to, she and her friends would’ve gotten the help they need it! But because of what she done, she ruined everything by calling her friends bad friends and believing that the Pearl of Transformation is truly the only thing to save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath! And if she’s really putting her potential selfish desires before them, then maybe there is no room of their relationship! I guess. She may be the princess of friendship but now, she showed everypony that she’s a disgrace to that title. She’s just a princess in Equestria. And Celestia expect her to act like one. If only she had done something different to save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath or said something different to save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath! Maybe none of this would have happened. I can’t believe she really screwed things up with the Mane Five and Spike. Especially Pinkie. She had let the Her friends down. She had let the other three princesses that were dethroned alongside her earlier by the Storm King down. She had let everypony of Equestria down. She had let the new friends they made beyond Equestria down. And she had let herself down. And I know Tempest is following the Storm King’s footsteps. And Twilight must follow in Celestia and Luna’s. She have pushed her friends and everypony who cared about her away too far. She have let her friendship break apart, and in doing so, she have broken the Magic of Friendship.

Well, Twilight always trusted her friends but in this movie, Pinkie blamed her for being the only one who doesn’t trust her friends and being the only thing that stopped them.

Yeah she might have broken it but the reason is out of character.
If this was say season 1 twilight I could understand her actions but after all the stuff Twilight went through with her friends it’s out of character for her to not trust her friends.

Yeah, I don’t know why Twilight has that same old Heroic BSoD moment from “The Return of Harmony”, “A Canterlot Wedding”, “Magical Mystery Cure”, “Once Upon a Zeppelin” and “Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks” in this movie.

Yeah, this scene was even more sadder as the saddest scene in the Transformers movie of when Optimus Prime died at the hands of Megatron as well as the saddest scene in the G.I. Joe where Duke falls into a coma after being impaled/snake bite by Serpentor. Speaking of which, since Twilight was nearly killed off in the My Little Pony movie, Duke was nearly killed off in the G.I. Joe movie thanks to a severe traumatizing fan backlash of Optimus Prime’s death in the Transformers movie.

Very well done.

I saw the movie, and this scene was emotional, but I was at that time also distracted by how the tears originating from the inside points of her eyes seemed to flow up her cheeks to get around her mouth and avoid dripping off her nose. It kept me from being truly immersed in the moment.
This artist has illustrated tears wonderfully!

Still a great, emotional moment.

That being said she kinda deserves it for not trusting her friends.
Man the writers fucked her up for this movie.
