V4.5 Polly the Moonicorn

This is Polly’s new design to help try and break her away from being a MLP OC exclusive.
She is a Moonicorn and has some magical power, she’s still able to generate Neapolitan clouds and glamours and does in fact make frozen desserts (From almond/soy milks and such, Dairy Cow milk etc)
She can probably low key kick through steel….
