I think the more appropriate term is ‘she doesn’t exist in that timeline, since the universes are one and the same. G5 is just so far into the future that all of the characters from G4 have long since passed away, including Philomena. So yes, I believe we will see phoenixes in G5 of MLP, though they may not be directly related to Philomena. Same is true with the other unique species of animal that was seen in G4, as well.
