The wheel physics are fine. The pony is popping a wheelie and lifting the cart’s front wheels over the cables, then dropping the front wheels and pulling up the rear of the cart to lift the rear wheels over them.
Now, the magnetic hooves the pony must have to do this are another story.

Let’s say it could have been smoother or the cart could have stopped in front of the cables. May be stopped by the cables? On the other hoof, the pony pushing the cart is putting the hooves between the cables.
