Rather than just being a copy of Sprout I could see this being a possible future if Izzy never came to Maretime Bay. After seeing her best efforts to convince the Earth ponies fall flat and losing her last friend Hitch, Sunny decided she needed to rethink her plans to bring back Ponykind to the Way of Friendship…deciding that rather than persuade her fellow Earthponies, she would use Fear of other kinds to rally herself to power. Sprout was able to do it with fear in just a day and Ponies are easily manipulated when afraid. She would promise to solve the Unicorn and Pegasus Problem once and for all by conquering the other tribes and creating a new pony nation where all three tribes would exist together.
 
 
She will bring unity to the ponies of Equestria…by force.  
The Values of the old world will be reborn under a new Princess.  
All ponies will be friends under her rule. Radical Friendship/Authoritarian Harmony
