A PC being over 10 years old is indeed a good reason to replace it. An old windows tho just requires a windows upgrade.
Tho I’m personally staying on Win7 until there’s a good reason to upgrade, and currently there isn’t one.
Shit is almost more than 10 year old by this point and is starting to lag a lot. Dont assume things when you dont have the complete picture
