Okay, that makes kinda sense, but addeing a few movement lines would have helped.
Looking at the description in the source, it reveals that the artist’s intend was that Sweetie Belle had levitated Scootaloo (highly unlikely for the Dumbster) and had now stopped, as part of a prank. Jokes at Scootaloo’s lack of flying always get my approval!
