Some wear things like a C-string under it and some more brave actually go comando.  
There also the Shibue (a strapless panty held in place using a soft adhesive gel).  
Skin toned shapewear or even a strapless bodysuit with a big pant in ones skin tone is also an option.

I’ve always wondered:  
When women wear dresses like these, do they have some kind of “crotch pastie” to cover the anus and vagina? Or are they legitimately naked underneath and just pray they don’t have a wardrobe malfunction?
