In some cases it’s enough. Smolder can likely back it up. If not through strength, than sheer ferocity.
I’ve seen people attitude there way into the dirt more times than I can count.
Well that doesn’t really require strength, just attitude.

Or at the very least, one of the most intimidating.
Part of me thinks that despite her smaller appearance, Smolder is actually one of the stronger and more dominant dragons in the Dragonlands. This is why Ember chose Smolder to represent the dragons as the first dragon student.
