and, no, it’s not that his guardians treat him like that. I have a story laid out, but haven’t had the chance to put it into a medium yet (though it’ll probably be a few small, multipage comics)

He’s definitely male; he just has a really feminine face and body. The fact he’s like 12 exacerbates that.
Nah. A biological male with completely feminine body, and whoever’s responsible for him are treating him like what he ain’t.
I suppose in his case his hormones are largely reversed: he has way more female hormones than male, so it’ll remain to be seen how his body changes when he becomes a stallion.

You mean like a hermaphrodite?
My theory is he was born with a trap body and his parents/guardians just keep treating him like a girl as a result, making his view on what boys usually look/act like very skewed.
