Yeah, hypomanic like episodes happen to me all the time, and it’s always at the most inconvenient times. Thank God they rarely last more than a day for me.
 
Although I’m not technically bipolar or cyclothymic, I do have borderline personality disorder which has similar swings in mood, albeit at much more unpredictable and rapid intervals
