I haven’t been able to draw for a while so I drew this as a warmup and practice to get back into the swing of things. Plus it’s just one of those cute ideas that pops into my head that I just have to draw X3
 
It was going to be just a headshot originally but I was struggling with the body so I extended the canvas just to have the room to draw the whole ting, and then I ended up wanting to keep it all.
 
I imagined Spirit Wind being under some enchanting magical spell with magic energy swirling around his head. Originally I wanted the magic swirling around the character’s eyes while their eyes swirl with colours and they look dazed, but in art it’s not so great to cover up or muddy important features like that.  
I also tried it being around his crown, like a halo floating above the head like the effect in a video game, but I really ultimately just liked it floating around his jawline the most.
 
Lil Spirit is so completely relaxed and calm not having to deal with all those pesky thoughts any more!  
Let’s hope he doesn’t relax too much though, or that he’s sitting on a towel. X3  
It can be hard being so susceptible to hypnotising magic. Then again, sometimes it’s really easy X3c
