I would say she posseses Starlight’s manipulative abilities she used to have. Doesn’t take no for an answer, extreme hyperness, goes on power trips… a little like Cozy Glow, but without the malicious intent.
That’s actually part of why I think she’d be so powerfully chaotic. Without a horn to directly cast a spell, the Pinkie-derived wackiness just gets this MASSIVE boost from Starlight’s power.
Note this is an earth pony, though. She’d probably take more from Pinkie, since a lot of Starlight hinges on her being a magical unicorn.
Just don’t get her upset. She knows how to get her way with things…
A look at the tag changes doesn’t list ‘fusion’ as being added later, while the shipping and parent tags were, so this is probably a DBZ-ification of them.
What a chaotic combo this fusion would have to be. Think of it - Pinkie and Starlight have pretty poor impulse control, and Starlight’s OP-ness enhances Pinkie’s wacky reality-bending… if Discord ever wants to retire, I think we’ve found the next master of chaos!
