Totally random output from random character generator based on super cool modern AI tech. I put my artist tag not because I am artist, but because am author of the random character generator, also for filtering/searching purposes. Also I accidentally deleted the generator source code :(((
 
Possibly it looks a bit similar >>2398584, but this is just a coincidence. Also other cutie mark.

Also what do you mean it looks similar to the post? It IS that post with nothing but the cutie mark changed and the image flipped.  
My random character generator sometimes makes pictures similar to pictures from learning set :( Anyway, it is at least mirrored, this makes every pixel to change significantly.

Yeah, totally new character!  
Not sure about name… Does ‘Dash Rainbow’ fit this original design, what do you think?

I had artist intention to make non-Rainbow Dash , and implemented tool to create it.
 
Yes, this image is also an example of controversy that arises when “artist intention” overrides common sense.
