So I still think my coloring skills ain’t the best, but I haven’t done it for a while and practice helps breed growth. Made sure to try some different methods that I had learned about so the color would be filled in more fully and it seems to have bettered the result just a mite.
While I was at it, I went ahead and altered the arms based on some of the critique I received from a couple folks. Extended the length of the arms a smidge so they look more proportional and reshaped the forearms and bend/elbow region to make them look more properly curved.
It was actually quite refreshing that this is the first drawing I’ve received any sort of constructive criticism on in a while. This was a good chance to try refining based on that and hopefully this final version is indeed an improvement. Or at least doesn’t look worse, haha!

Thank ya kindly. :)
That’s actually some good advice. I’d need to try that next time I’m drawing.
Phew, that’s a relief. XD Yeah, it’s a real quick and easy way to fix but it made a real worthwhile difference. Definitely keeping that in mind from now on.
