I mean thats apart of it yes
 
But everyday is different and its really fin with friends
 
 
There are visitors, festivals, events like meteor showers, mystery islands to visit, designs to draw and give your friends that can go on anything from clothes and paths to furniture and even flags
 
My favorite thing is to fill the museum with one of every kind of bug and fish
 
I have extremely bad anxiety and this is helping alot especially now
 
 
And every island has a different kind of native fruit and flowers which is fun to trade with friends so you can fill your island with loads of different fruit
 
And this game is much more streamlined then the older ones i feel like im making a ton of progress and its only been a week
 
 
Buuuut to be fair
 
Its not for everyone its a game designed to help people with anxiety and loneliness thats why the villagers have personalities and your encouraged to make friends and that magic either works for you
 
Or it doesnt
 
Either way have a good day friend

I’ve tried Animal Crossing: New Leaf before but I kinda got bored of it after a few days and the fact that most of my time was spent trying to pay of my dept.  
Is New Horizons similar in that manner where you grind alot to pay off your dept?

I don’t even play Animal Crossing and realized from the thumbnail what this was about xD
 
Having those characters in such a place makes for a funny dissonance.
