Though, I’m not one to talk, child of the ‘90s here, so I’m familiar with some of those. :P  
(God, I loved “The Adventures of the Gummi Bears.” Beetlejuice, Garfield, Ghostbusters were great too.)  
One ‘80s cartoon I really loved as a kid, that nobody seems to talk about is “Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats/Cats & Co.”
 
They actually remade Muppet Babies, but it’s CGI now. and has a much smaller cast unfortunately. (And no hilarious random stock/movie footage. Probably due to legal reasons.)  
Regardless, I hear it’s better then most “Disney Junior” shows, and doesn’t talk down to kids, at least.
