There have been some inconsistencies; the map is just an attempt to reconcile everything as best as possible.

Up to a point. At some point they’ll have to draw new wings and views for new episodes. I wonder whether they work off sketch plans themselves.

Fair enough. I’m seriously impressed both by you (are you the artist, Background Pony?) making these and by the fact that the animators seem to have enough of a working model of these places to make them vaguely consistent.

The door is on the side wall by the trash bin at the front of the room, if I remember from the episode where Granny Smith gives her history lesson on the beginnings of Ponyville.
