Not bad, the animation is a bit stiff and the expressions deep in the uncanny valley, but I suppose that because this video is only testing the concept rather than looking pretty.
 
That said, it wouldn’t kill the bloke to wear some jeans and rehearse what he’s gonna say and do for the video.

This guy is very talented. I do not use Blender much (and I first thought this was AfterEffects), but it seems to be rather heavy on visual programming and signal processing. The amount of quality effects he incorporated for quick holiday release (especially that downward pan) indicates great talent. But of course, plebeians will only want to mock and deride him.
