Yes. As long as you have at least 12 of strength you should be fine lifting her to your chest.
two factors however is anyone capable of lifting that much and have you considered how much or how that would feel coming down to you really fast as you fell or dropped on your leg or stomach area
Considering her size (and the fact that her wings are realistically big, and therefore she has to weigh much less than a non flying creature of the same size), I doubt she’ll weight more than 150 pounds.
Oh trust me it will hurt to try either you’re going to pull a muscle or you just going to barely be able to lift her up the floor only for your legs or arms to give way then smack right on your face and probably Crush whatever bones she landed on
Even if I’m not strong enough to carry her, it would never hurt to try.
