What’s going on outside of the breezies’ secluded mini-paradise is Ponyville. Which, to the breezies, was just as much a nightmare death-world as the flaming swamp here is to the ponies.
I was thinking more like kaa from disney’s old “jungle book”.
What’s going on OUTSIDE of that? Maybe there were other reasons why the Breezies were reluctant to go home – Fluttershy straight up asked if she was sending them out into a harsh world, and never got a straight answer.
