Who would’ve guessed it…
We really don’t. It’s just one image and it’s not worth fighting over.
As for what goosebumps consists of, the events change from book to book and are in general no more scary then a carnival haunted house.
From the book you showed, the scenario was cartoonish. Purple Peanut Butter that shrinks people or cake that makes you grow and the police try to catch you for being “An Alien Mutant” with a spiderweb.
Contrast with 40k where if they saw “An Alien Mutant” they would ||exterminatus the planet or send in the inquisition to burn everything. ||
But, don’t they also consist of giant man-eating spiders? That doesn’t sound terribly ‘safe’ by the site’s standards… Oh, who am I kidding? We need to ask a mod, but we’re all afraid to.
Edited because: Fixed character(s).
It’s ment for kids, it is a horror series for children around the age of the target demographic for MLP:FIM.
Therefor, it’s entirely safe for children. I remember the books being pushed at book fairs when I was in 3rd grade.
Maybe, that’s just sarcasm/a joke. But, I don’t really know. I have difficulty in these sorts of scenarios.
Then Goosebumps isn’t safe.
Actually, it is.
Short description: Entirely safe for work and children.
I’d say yes.
So, the spoilering was appropriate?
That’d be more fitting.
Maybe it would be ‘semi-grimdark’?
That is not at all what ‘safe’ means.
They’re for kids to read, but they’re also still horror books.
If you want to, yeah. But it’s not a big deal, I was just saying stuff.
Should I ask a mod to unspoiler it?
I don’t think you need to spoiler that.
Just saying, it’s a goosebumps cover, kids are meant to read those books It has to be safe by definition.

(Spoilered just in case.)
