Still not a Zeppelin. This is a Semi-Rigid Dirigible Balloon.

A zeppelin is a ‘Rigid Dirigible Balloon’ i.e. type of large dirigible balloon consisting of a long, cylindrical, covered framework containing compartments or cells filled with gas, along with various structures for holding the engines, passengers.
