Given the door is fitted with a crash bar, it shouldn’t be locked, in case of fire. Though given Trixie’s clumsiness, she may have locked it herself.

Alternatively, the crash bar’s placement indicates this door opens outwards, so Cloudy should pull it. Judging by the fact she’s banging on them, she may have been trying to push it…
