^Yeah, just based on his size alone, it would be very difficult to balance him. At best, he’d probably be a boss character with some super armor.

I think they said they were sticking with Season 1 characters, so I don’t think Discord would happen. Plus he’d be impossible to balance. MAYBE he could be a boss in single-player mode, but I doubt it.

Ideas for characters:
 
Chrysalis - plays like Shang Tsung with her own Unicorn Laser and the ability to clone other movesets.
 
Iron Will - stylish pose taunts and powerful grapples.
 
Wildfire - Custom Burning Glare attack with hitbox like Fluttershy’s Stare.
 
Luna - Have a Riot of Blood-like transformation that lets her assume the form of Nightmare Moon for a bit, changing her playstyle.

only character on this that’s absolutely destined to happen is Trixie
 
that’s the only one we can be absolutely sure about considering that she’s perhaps the most popular pony that isn’t part of the main group

Take out Dark Twilight, Discord, and Replace Doctor Hooves with the CMC (all one character with switchable playstyles)and you have my roster.
